Ordering
How do I order a design?
Pick your room, pay the fixed price, then follow the guided steps: measure your space, share photos and your style, and choose a cabinet catalog — or ask us to recommend one for your budget.
How do I measure my room?
Our guided steps walk you through it with simple diagrams — a tape measure and about 20 minutes is all you need. Your shop verifies measurements on site before ordering, which is standard practice on every job.
What if my measurements are slightly off?
Small discrepancies found during shop verification are corrected free — that doesn’t use up a revision round. If the room needs a full re-measure, we’ll quote a re-design fairly.
How fast will I get my design?
3–5 business days from payment. Rush delivery is available as a paid upgrade if you need it sooner.
Which rooms do you design?
Kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, closets, bar rooms, and pantries — the rooms where the design is the cabinetry. Each has its own fixed price, listed on our pricing page.
Design & revisions
Who designs my room?
Our own salaried, in-house designers — not freelancers, not a marketplace. And a senior designer checks every packet before it’s released to you.
Which cabinet catalogs do you design in?
Real US catalogs: Fabuwood, MasterBrand Cabinets, Wolf Home Products, US Cabinet Depot, JSI Cabinetry, CNC Cabinetry — real sizes, real finishes, real orderable parts. That’s why any shop can price your design without redrawing it.
How do revisions work?
Every design includes 3 free revision rounds. Tell us what to change and your designer updates the drawings. Need more after that? Extra rounds are available for a small fee.
What’s the refund policy?
Full refund any time before your first draft is delivered. After that, we make it right with your included revisions instead of refunds — stated plainly before you pay.
Ownership & files
Do I really own the drawings?
Yes — completely, the day they’re delivered. Share them with any shop, collect as many quotes as you like, build this year or in five. Nothing ties them to us.
What’s in the Design Packet?
A measured floor plan, wall elevations for every cabinet run, 3D renders, and an itemized list of every cabinet and part by catalog number — plus a QR verification mark any shop can scan.
Can I share my packet with several shops?
That’s the point. Hand the same packet to as many shops as you like and compare installed prices on the exact same design — finally apples to apples.
Working with shops
Will shops accept the Design Packet?
The packet is drawn in catalogs shops already order from, with real catalog numbers and dimensions — everything they need to quote it. It also carries a QR code any shop can scan to verify it and reach our design team.
What’s the QR code on my packet?
Every packet carries a QR code and reference number. Any shop can scan it to confirm the packet is genuine and ask our designers about design intent. We stand behind every design.
What if a shop suggests changes?
Good shops sometimes catch site realities we can’t see. Small measurement corrections are free, and design changes go through your included revision rounds — so the drawings stay current and every quote stays comparable.
