How this estimate works
The ranges are typical planning ranges for US kitchens, anchored to a mid-size (~150 sq ft) room and scaled by your size within a sensible band. Cabinets, counters, and labor scale with room size; appliances follow your tier but not your square footage, since appliance count barely changes with room size. Everything rounds to $500 increments — dollar-level precision would be dishonest at this stage.
These are not quotes. Real numbers come from real shops pricing a real design — which is what your Design Packet makes possible: an itemized, catalog-numbered cabinet list any shop can quote, so the range on this page collapses into competing bids on the identical kitchen.

A calculator can only estimate. Your Design Packet lists every cabinet by catalog number, so any shop can turn it into an exact quote — and every quote prices the same design.
