Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

We collect information in four buckets:

• Account information — your name, email address, and password credentials when you sign up.
• Order information — the details needed to design your room: measurements, photos of your space, style preferences, your city and postal code, and messages you exchange with your designer. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Analytics — usage data collected via Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel (pages viewed, actions taken, approximate location, device type), used to understand and improve the site and to measure advertising.
• Attribution cookies — a first-touch cookie recording how you found us (campaign tags, referrer, landing page) so we know which marketing works.

2. How we use it

To deliver the service you bought: designing your room, communicating about your order, releasing your files, and providing support. To run the business: processing payments, preventing fraud and abuse, measuring marketing, and improving the product. We send service emails about your order, and marketing emails only where permitted — every one has an unsubscribe link.

3. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies for sign-in sessions, the attribution cookie described above, and analytics (GA4 and Meta Pixel). A banner lets you decline analytics tracking; declining does not affect your ability to use the service. Browser-level controls and platform opt-outs (Google and Meta ad settings) also apply.

4. Sharing — and what we never do

We share personal data only with service providers who run the platform for us — hosting, database, payment processing, email delivery, and analytics — each bound to use it solely to provide their service. We never sell your personal data, and we never give shops your contact details.

The QR verification page on your Design Packet shows a shop only the packet summary (room, catalog line, version, date) — no name, no address, no contact information, no files.

5. Retention and security

We keep your account and order data while your account is active and as required for legal and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymize it. Data is stored with reputable cloud providers using encryption in transit and at rest, with access limited to staff who need it to serve you.

6. Your choices and rights

You can decline analytics via the banner, unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, and request a copy or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law — we honor verified requests regardless of geography.

7. Children

The service is for adults planning home projects and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves; material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
