Terms of Service

Last updated August 10, 2026

These terms govern your use of anyroomdesign.com and every design you order from us. They’re written to be read — the same plain policies we state before you pay.

1. Who we are and what we sell

anyroomdesign.com is an online room design service. We sell professional design work: for a fixed price per room, our in-house designers produce a Design Packet — a measured floor plan, wall elevations, 3D renders, and an itemized list of cabinets and parts drawn from real manufacturer catalogs.

We are a design service only. We do not sell cabinets, perform installations, or act as a contractor, and we receive no commissions from shops or manufacturers. Renders are illustrative: surfaces such as flooring and paint may appear in renders without being specified in the drawings.

2. Ordering and payment

Each order covers one room at the fixed price shown at checkout, plus any optional upgrades you select (such as rush delivery, an extra design concept, or premium renders). Payment is due in full when you place the order and is processed by our payment provider; prices are shown before you pay and never change after purchase.

3. Delivery

Standard delivery is 3–5 business days from the later of payment and our receipt of complete measurements, photos, and style inputs. If you purchase rush delivery, the shorter timeline shown at checkout applies. Deliverables are released in your project workspace after review by a senior designer.

4. Revisions

Every order includes 3 free revision rounds. A revision round is a set of requested changes to the delivered design within the same room and scope; it is not a redesign of a different room or a fundamentally different project. After the included rounds are used, additional rounds are available at the price shown in your workspace.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel for a full refund at any time before your first draft is delivered. Once the first draft has been delivered, the order is non-refundable: design work has been performed, and your included revision rounds are the remedy — we revise until we get it right within the included and any purchased rounds.

This policy is stated at checkout before you pay and again in your order confirmation.

6. Measurements and site verification

You provide your room’s measurements using our guided instructions and are responsible for their accuracy. Every Design Packet is issued on the express condition that the shop or contractor building from it verifies all dimensions on site before ordering materials — the standard practice on any job.

If shop verification finds your measurements off within a small tolerance, we correct the design free of charge, without using a revision round. Larger discrepancies that require re-measuring the room may be quoted as a paid re-design. We are not responsible for materials ordered or work performed from a packet without on-site verification.

7. Ownership of your drawings

Upon delivery and full payment, ownership of the deliverables in your Design Packet transfers to you. You may use, copy, share, and distribute them freely for your project — with any shop, supplier, or contractor, at any time, with no ongoing obligation to us.

Manufacturer catalogs, product names, and part numbers referenced in the packet remain the property of their respective manufacturers. We display customer projects in our portfolio only with the customer’s explicit consent.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully and honestly: provide accurate information, upload only content you have the right to share, and treat our design team with basic respect. Professionals may order packets for client projects; reselling our deliverables as the output of your own design service, or systematically scraping or misusing the site, is not permitted without a separate agreement.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Designs are prepared for pricing and ordering purposes on the basis of the measurements you provide and are subject to on-site verification. Compliance with local building codes, permits, and site conditions is the responsibility of the contractor or shop performing the work. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
